Details: Assist with the development and implementation of programs fostering a safe and secure environment. Responsible for the safety and security of Artis—Naples patrons, guest artists and all team members. Accountable for positive internal and external patron relations.

Event Services Team Member - PT

Details: The Patron Services team members are responsible for ensuring a positive experience for patrons by providing exceptional customer service at all times. Demonstrate professional and polished attitude, appearance, and work ethic while servicing performances, supporting co-workers, assisting patron ticket and donation requests, performance and event inquiries, and general information solicitation.

Director of Curatorial Affairs

Details: Provides leadership of the curatorial team and managerial oversight of The Baker Museum’s exhibitions and collections. Responsible for the administration, coordination, successful implementation, and all operational aspects of curatorial affairs.

Campaign Associate

Details: The Campaign Associate provides presentations, scheduling, meetings and administrative support for the campaign leadership team. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have a strong patron service orientation and respond proactively to changing priorities. Must be collaborative, high energy and results oriented.

Details: Usher team members are responsible for providing optimal assistance and quality service to all patrons. This requires close contact with the public. The work schedule may involve working days, evenings, and holidays to accommodate scheduled events at any venue. Usher team members receive direct supervision from the Management Team.
